By the 1970s I was a Real Estate Broker!

I went on inactive "sabbatical" for few years, but to the urging of friends like Wayne Arnold,
Frank & Jeannie Frankenburger,the Mundt's, Cliff Berkman, and more, I went back and RETESTED and got RELICENSED!

This was with a great help of my dear departed and most cherished pal JIMBO JAMES LERCH.
who drove me up to Austin Tx. for my RE EXAMINATION, WHICH I PROMPTLY PASSED!!!

Working from the living room of my home, with two young sons in tow.....

we became a household name....
with about 9 agents, all staying busy, SELLING SELLING
SELLING FOR 3%!!!

some of which were Agnes Williamson,Bob Felkner,Della Herring,
Linda Bear, Conny McKelvey,Gladys Mundt,Gladys Wendl, Richard Mundt,
and Jim Luster.

lest now forget the unsinkable DEBRA SHULTE MY Advocate MENTOR!!!
